Northpointe was both thrilled and apprehensive when tasked with redeveloping a farmhouse built in 1863 that had become a local landmark through its transformation from farmstead, to home, to several iconic Madison restaurants, the most recent of which was the well-known Pizzeria Unos. This building’s preservation required a delicate move onto a new foundation and a remodel of the farmhouse’s interior space which now serves as the Community Room for Uno Terrace residents. The beautiful yet nostalgic farmhouse allows tenants to gather in an iconic space to visit with one another, host meetings, social events and even holiday dinners. Attached to the farmhouse is the 4-story new construction building with 64 spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments and family townhomes.
