Northpointe was both thrilled and apprehensive when tasked with redeveloping a farmhouse built in 1863 that had become a local landmark through its transformation from farmstead, to home, to several iconic Madison restaurants, the most recent of which was the well-known Pizzeria Unos.  This building’s preservation required a delicate move onto a new foundation and a remodel of the farmhouse’s interior space which now serves as the Community Room for Uno Terrace residents.  The beautiful yet nostalgic farmhouse allows tenants to gather in an iconic space to visit with one another, host meetings, social events and even holiday dinners.  Attached to the farmhouse is the 4-story new construction building with 64 spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments and family townhomes.  Residents enjoy luxury finishes such as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, painted cabinets, LVP floorings and modern lighting.  In addition to the one-of-a-kind community room, Uno Terrace tenants enjoy access to the property's fitness center, playground, and oversized outdoor patio.  The project is Energy Star Multifamily New Construction certified and EPA indoor Air Plus Certified.  The building includes a 29kw PV solar system, energy efficient furnaces, and many other sustainable design features.

Uno Terrace is perfectly located within walking distance to any and all amenities needed for daily living including Madison’s new Bus Rapid Transit Line.  The project provides convenient access to the Betline and is walking distance to plenty of delicious local restaurants, shops, and Madison’s West Towne Mall.
